Production and Orders
Your Beasha piece is lovingly designed, pattern cut, sewn, packaged and sent by me and my small team from our Studio in the South West of England. Bestsellers and stock items are also made by a small team of skilled local seamstresses. Each piece can take anywhere from an hour to a full day to make. They can often be made to measure and customised so you know you'll get your perfect fit and be wearing something so personal to you. It is important to me to practice slow fashion and never compromise on design or quality.
Our current lead times are displayed each individual product page as this is dependent on how busy we are.
We try to source as many of our fabrics as possible from deadstock, organic, or vintage materials, meaning many of our designs are produced in very limited quantities. Some pieces are made using brand-new fabrics, and we remain equally conscious of minimising waste, making the most of every offcut wherever possible.
Returns
If you have purchased a standard size, we will be happy to refund, exchange or offer store credit if you are unhappy with your item within 14 days of receiving the item.
We cannot offer a refund on custom sized items, however we will do anything we can to make sure you love your new piece so if you're in anyway dissatisfied, drop me an email within a week and I can offer further alterations or discuss more options with you.
Sale items, one offs and samples are non-returnable.
All items for exchange or refund are returned at your own cost through a Tracked service and must be in perfect unworn condition. International returns must be labelled with the correct customs information as a return or fees will be charged to the customer.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item, but postage for the exchanged item is free for UK customers only.

Delivery
These pieces are special so I send everything on a Tracked service as soon as they're made (if ordering from the UK). You'll receive an email once your parcel is sent with a tracking number. Once the parcel is sent, it is in the hands of the postie so I can't accept responsibility for any delays or problems after sending, including lost packages.
If you'd really love something for a specific date please drop me an email on hello@beashastudios.com and I'll try my best to accommodate.
I also ship Tracked internationally and this can take from 7-21 working days to be delivered. (This is mostly due to Customs delays) International orders will also receive a dispatched email with the tracking number.

Tracked Europe: from £15-25
Tracked Rest of World: from £24-£35
Germany: Due to new import regulations, a Germany Import Charge is added at checkout. This covers the additional costs required to ship your order and helps ensure your parcel arrives without unexpected customs charges on delivery.
USA: 10% US Tarriffs are added at checkout. This charge covers the import costs we prepay to US Customs so your order can be delivered without additional fees on arrival.
Please note that if you are ordering from a country that is NOT in the UK, you may have to pay custom fees or local taxes on top of this, which differs depending on the country - this is in the hands of the customer to pay.
