Production and Orders
Your Beasha piece is lovingly designed, pattern cut, sewn, packaged and sent by me and my small team from our Bristol studio. Bestsellers and stock items are also made by a small team of skilled local seamstresses.
Each piece is made with care and consideration. It is important to us to practise slow fashion and never compromise on design or quality.
Our current lead times are displayed on each individual product page, as these vary depending on the piece and how busy we are.
We try to source as many of our fabrics as possible from deadstock, organic or vintage materials, meaning many of our designs are produced in very limited quantities. Some pieces are made using brand-new fabrics, and we remain equally conscious of minimising waste and making the most of every offcut wherever possible.
Returns
If you have purchased a standard size, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or store credit if you are unhappy with your item. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We cannot offer refunds or returns on custom-sized items. However, if you're in any way dissatisfied with your piece, please email us within 7 days of receiving it and we can discuss the options available.
Sale items, one-offs and samples are non-returnable.
Items returned for an exchange or refund must be sent back at your own cost using a tracked service and must be unworn and in their original condition.
International returns must be clearly marked as RETURNED GOODS with the correct customs information to avoid unnecessary import charges. Any customs charges incurred as a result of an incorrectly declared return may be deducted from your refund.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of sending the replacement item to UK customers only.

Delivery
Once your piece is ready, we'll send it using a tracked service and you'll receive a dispatch email with your tracking information.
UK orders are usually delivered within 1–3 working days after dispatch. If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please get in touch and we'll help resolve this with the courier.
If you'd love something for a specific date, please email hello@beashastudios.com before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
We also ship internationally using tracked services. International delivery times can vary, particularly due to customs processing.

UK: 1–3 working days
Standard Europe: 4–15 working days
Express Europe: 2–8 working days
Standard International: 7–21 working days
Express International: 2–10 working days
Duties and Import Taxes
All Taxes are included in the price. Duties are calculated and collected at checkout for international orders, so there should be no additional customs charges on delivery.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping service.
