Returns
If you have purchased a standard size, we will be happy to refund, exchange or offer store credit if you are unhappy with your item within 14 days of receiving the item.
We cannot offer a refund on custom sized items, however we will do anything we can to make sure you love your new piece so if you're in anyway dissatisfied, drop me an email within a week and I can offer further alterations or discuss more options with you.
Sale items, one offs and samples are non-returnable.
All items for exchange or refund are returned at your own cost through a Tracked service and must be in perfect unworn condition. International returns must be labelled with the correct customs information as a return or fees will be charged to the customer.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item, but postage for the exchanged item is free for UK customers only.
