Returns
UK:
If you have purchased a standard size, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or store credit if you are unhappy with your item. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We cannot offer refunds or returns on custom-sized pieces or pieces altered at your request. However, if you're in any way dissatisfied with the fit, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order and we can discuss the options available.
Sale items, one-offs and samples are non-returnable.
Items returned for an exchange or refund must be sent back at your own cost using a tracked service and must be unworn and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item. We will cover your Exchange item postage :)

International:

Due to Customs and Tariff regulations, we are unable to offer direct exchanges for International Customers. Customers wishing to Exchange must first return the item and order the exchange piece as a entirely new order.
International returns must be clearly marked as RETURNED GOODS with the correct customs information to avoid unnecessary import charges. Any customs charges incurred as a result of an incorrectly declared return may be deducted from your refund.
