Part-Time Freelance Seamstress / Studio Assistant

Location: Bristol City Centre
Hours: 2-3 days per week (weekdays, flexible)
Pay: £14/hour
Start Date: April 2025

We're looking for a skilled and reliable Freelance Seamstress / Studio Assistant to join our small in house team. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone with strong sewing skills who loves working in a creative studio environment and has an interest in slow fashion.

Your role will Include but not be limited to:

• Cutting and Sewing stock and occasionally custom pieces – constructing quality pieces to the brand’s high standards.
• Occasionally Packing and preparing orders.
• General studio tasks – organising materials, maintaining a tidy workspace, assisting with fittings, and supporting production/design where needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with industrial sewing machines and garment construction
• A keen eye for detail and quality control
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Reliable, organized, and shares ethical fashion values.

This is a perfect opportunity to be part of a growing independent brand in a fun and supportive studio. This is mainly a garment production/seamstress role but as such a small team you will dip your toes into many aspects of running a slow fashion brand!
