Production and Orders

'Ready To Ship' and sale items are held as stock and pre made in small batches by my small team of seamstresses and will ship within 3 working days. 

All made-to-order/pre-order pieces are made in house from our Studio in Bristol. Each piece can take anywhere from 1 hour to a day to make and often may be customised so you know you'll get your perfect fit and you'll be wearing something so personal to you. It's so important to me to practice slow fashion and never falter on design or quality.

This means that the garments that are not marked as 'Ready To Ship' will take anywhere between 1-6 weeks to be made up, packaged and few days to be sent. Please see individual products for exact timings.

If you any specific requests or would like a custom Beasha piece (for example a piece made in one of the other fabrics or with alternative sleeves/length) then please email hello@beashastudios.com.

 

Returns

If you have purchased a standard size, we will be happy to refund, exchange or offer store credit if you are unhappy with your item within 14 days of receiving the item.

We cannot offer a refund on custom sized items, however we will do anything we can to make sure you love your new piece so if you're in anyway dissatisfied, drop me an email within a week and I can offer further alterations or discuss more options with you. 

Sale items, one offs and samples are non-returnable.

All items are returned at your own cost through a Tracked service and must be in perfect unworn condition. International returns must be labelled with the correct customs information or fees will be charged to the customer.

Return postage for exchanges is free for UK customers only.

Delivery 

These pieces are special so we send everything on a Tracked 48 hour service as soon as they're made (if ordering from the UK). You'll receive an email once your parcel is sent with a tracking number. Once the parcel is sent, it is in the hands of the postie so we can't accept responsibility for any delays or problems after sending, including lost packages.

If you'd really love something for a specific date please drop us an email on hello@beashastudios.com and I'll try my best to accommodate. 

We also ship Tracked internationally and this can take from 7-21 working days to be delivered. International orders will also receive a dispatched email with the tracking number. 

Please check your addresses carefully and do not use parcel lockers or residences that cannot be accessed by the delivery driver.

Please note that if you are ordering from a country that is NOT in the UK, you may have to pay custom fees or local taxes on top of this, which differs depending on the country - this is in the hands of the customer to pay.

UK: 1-3 working days

Standard Europe: 4-15 working days

Express Europe: 2-8 working days

Standard International: 7-21 working days

Express International: 2-11 working days (Please note PO boxes are not accepted for Express!)

Tracked Europe: from £15-25

Tracked Rest of World: from £24-£35
