Location: Bristol
Role type: Part-time / Freelance
Hours: 2-3 days per week
Start date: ASAP
Starting Wage: £13.50 per hour, plus opportunities to grow skills and take on more responsibility.

As a rapidly growing independent brand, we’re looking for someone who can get stuck into multiple roles within the business. This is a hands-on position supporting day-to-day studio operations and creative production, with a focus on social media and cutting/sewing.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with social media content across all platforms (content planning and posting, behind-the-scenes filming, editing, creative input)

• Cutting fabrics according to patterns

• Supporting garment construction with basic sewing or pattern-making knowledge

• Keeping the studio tidy, organised, and running smoothly

• Occasional packing of orders and general studio tasks

Ideal candidate:

• Has basic knowledge of pattern making and garment construction

• Comfortable using scissors, rotary cutters, and fabric tools

• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently

• Interested in slow fashion, small businesses, and hands-on making

• Has a strong interest in social media, including marketing, editing, and staying up to date with trends

• Experience on industrial sewing machines.
